WHAT TO DO UPON ACTIVATION!

Welcome to the Alpha Gamma Omega community! We encourage you to explore all of the various tabs on the website.

We encourage you to complete the following steps upon account activation:

  1. Review your profile and be as detailed as possible with industries you have worked, skills you have, education, and work experience
    1. Fill out your bio with AGO story and a brief summary of your current life 
  2. Review the directory tab and begin to take note of people in your area 
  3. Click on "Live Feed" and make a post. (i.e., Introduce yourself and explain what chapter you were a part of and your top AGO memory) 
  4. Click on the "Groups" tab and join/request to join any applicable groups and then make a post once you have been accepted 
  5. Click on 'Forums" and engage with any relevant forums presented or begin your own forum 
  6. Click on "AGO News" to explore the various news posted
  7. Click on "AGO Events" (sub tab of AGO News) explore and RSVP to any relevant events 
  8. Use the FAQ Forum to post any questions or suggestions     
    1. Use the FAQ Forum to volunteer to be a group admin for your specified chapter 
    2. Make a list of any industries that do not pop up when you search them and we will be sure to add them in the back end 
    3. Suggest any additional industry/skill groups that you think would be helpful

September to October was a doozy! We held an alumni tailgate at @agoepsilonsdsu and @ago.boulder and an alumni dinner at @ago_westchester. Super thankful for have guys (and gals)  coming together, building camaraderie, having a blast and getting excited about new things coming for AGO alumni!
