“West Coast Leadership Retreat Recap - Fall ‘23 

We had a great AGO Leadership! We had 22 AGO bros from 5 different chapters. It was a great time for bonding AND for practical training and development for the up coming semester. The weekend centered around this one theme, which was deemed the “bottom-line” of AGO - “The CONTINUOUS SPIRITUAL and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT for men in college and beyond.” 

We honed in on 3 things 
1) Spiritual Leadership and how to be Matt 5:13-16 Men (Salt and Light)
2) Recruitment and Retention Strategies. The importance of effectively communicating the VALUE of AGO and making each PNM feel a sense of BELONGING throughout the Rush and Pledge Process.
3) We established our GIG’s (God Inspired Goals) for the semester. We set recruitment, spiritual, and operational goals.

September to October was a doozy! We held an alumni tailgate at @agoepsilonsdsu and @ago.boulder and an alumni dinner at @ago_westchester. Super thankful for have guys (and gals)  coming together, building camaraderie, having a blast and getting excited about new things coming for AGO alumni!
